/SAPAPO/FOT_LOG_CLOSE - FOT - Close the log and write to DB

Functionality

This function is called by /SAPAPO/FOT_LOG_END to close a log.

Checks if log is not initialized (= # #), stop here.

Stores log into database tables by calling APPL_LOG_WRITE_DB.

Refreshes log buffer by calling APPL_LOG_INIT.

Clears global variables.
