Functionality

This function displays the log on screen.

If the call type is #U# (for User interface) and there is a message in the log, checked by calling BAL_LOG_MSG_EXIST, it creates a profile and displays the log in either a pop-up screen or a whole screen.

If the action is a batch processing, it stops the function. Depending on the import pop-up flag, itcalls either function BAL_DSP_PROFILE_POPUP_GET for the profile of the pop-up screen or function BAL_DSP_PROFILE_DETLEVEL_GET for the profile of the whole screen.

Then it calls function BAL_DSP_LOG_DISPLAY to display the log on screen.
