Functionality

This function writes a message into the current log.

First, it decides the message type either by import or system default. Then it checks whether the message type is among those allowed and whether the message needs to be written.

If the log is not initialized, it calls function /SAPAPO/FOT_LOG_START to start a log.

It checks whether it has to call function /SAPAPO/FOT_LOG_OM_APPEND to collect messages created from OM.

In preparing for message write, it assigns a value to local variables. Then it calls function BAL_LOG_MSG_ADDto add the message to the log. Then it calls BALW_BAPIRETURN_GET2 to convert the message to BAPI format and accumulates it to an internal table.
