Functionality

All location products are determined for each source of supply for the plant or distribution center (entry in table CT_TRPROD). The result is converted into the external display for further processing.

The receiving storage location of the production version is checked for each source of supply set:

If the storage location and the affected material are assigned to an MRP area, the data is not distributed, but location and location type are adjusted.

If the receiving storage location of the production version is transferred as initial, the entries forthe tables CT_TRPROD, CT_TRPROD_X, CT_PRODVERZ, CT_PRODVERZ_X, CT_PPMT, CT_PPMT_X, and CT_PPMMAP are replicated according to the number of MRP areas that are assigned.
