Functionality

Deletes all delta records that

• have the same transaction number as that specified

• AND have the same owner category as that specified. If the owner category is not specified, it is enough for it to match the transaction.

If a view type is specified, only anchors in this view will be searched. Otherwise, all anchors will be searched.
