Functionality

This function module reads the data for resources that are saved in the liveCache.

Resource data and bucket information is read only if the appropriate export table (et_resources or et_buckets)has been specified explicitly by the caller. If, for example, no buckets need to be read, then the caller does not have to specify this table. This has performance benefits.
