Functionality

This function module is used to create or search for a characteristics combination in a list of characteristicsmatrixes. It only makes sense to create characteristics combinations using this function module for the purpose of logical tests on the ATP, as they are created without a reference to the order network.

The function module requires the following import data:

• IT_MATRIXDESC: Table of the GUIDs of the characteristics matrixes and ATP anchor objects

• IT_CHARTAB: Table of the characteristics values of the characteristics combination

• IV_GENFLG: Switch for creating or searching for the characteristics combination in the characteristics matrixes

The function module has the following export data:

• ET_CHARID: Table of the GUIDs of the characteristics combinations that have been created or found
