Functionality

This function module delivers all shortfalls for the transferred pegging areas/planning objects in thetable IT_PEGAREA for the time interval [IV_START_TIME; IV_END_TIME[. A shortfall is a requirement, forexample a sales order, a planned independent requirement or an independent requirement that cannot becovered by a receipt element. The planning can then attempt to generate new receipt elements to cover these requirements.
