Functionality

This function module delivers all excess coverage for the planning objects or pegging areas transferredin the table IT_PEGAREA for the time interval [IV_START_TIME; IV_END_TIME[. An excess coverage can be a receipt where the quantity is not completely pegged to other orders.

Planning will attempt to reduce the quantity of these material receipts. For this purpose, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

• The order is not fixed

• The lot sizing procedure allows reduction
