Functionality

The propagation areas transferred in the table IT_PPROPAREAS are recreated/deleted/changed. Each operation to be executed is based on the content of the field METHOD:

• If METHOD = GC_NEW : Recreate

• If METHOD = GC_DELETE : Delete

• If METHOD = GC_CHANGE : Change (existing propagation area is overwritten).

In ET_RC, individual error codes are returned for those propagation areas where errors were determined in processing.

Return codes to be queried (see table ET_RC):

• OM_INVALID_PROPAREA: GUID of propagation area not available

• om_duplicate_proparea: GUID of propagation area already exists
