Functionality

This function module reads the data for resources that are saved in liveCache.

Resource data and bucket information is read only if the appropriate export table (et_resources or et_buckets)has been specified explicitly by the caller. If, for example, no buckets are to be read, then the caller must ignore this table, which has performance benefits.
