Functionality

This function inserts a new layer of time series objects with the key figure assignment it_tskf in anaggregation hierarchy. Starting with an aggregate relationship of multiple base time series D1, ...,Dn (source entries in it_relation_keys_bottom) to an aggregate A (target entry in it_relation_keys_top),the newly inserted objects are specified in the target entries of it_relation_keys_bottom and the source entries of it_relation_keys_top. A new layer can be give to multiple different aggregates.

You cannot use registers with simulations.

The parameter iv_tg_range allows you to restrict the calculation period with respect to the total periodof the base storage buckets profile. The initial restriction is the same as no restriction. You can make a non-trivial restriction for temporary aggregates only.

The parameter iv_tg_pattern enables you to prepare the aggregates for seasonality data. If a patterntime buckets profile is specified, the data in this seasonality view is created for all key figuresin it_tskf that have a connected flag. A precondition for the calculation of the seasonality data isthat the aggregates across the inserted objects must have been created in the same way as the pattern time buckets profile iv_tg_pattern.
