Removes a layer below aggregates

Functionality

This function removes one or more layers of time series objects in an aggregation hierarchy. The layersand their aggregates are specified by it_relation_keys. The details of the layers are added as details of the aggregates.

Beware: /SAPAPO/OM_TS_REMOVE_LAYER is not the inverse of /SAPAPO/OM_TS_CREATE_NEW_LAYER as /SAPAPO/OM_TS_CREATE_NEW_LAYER may create a layer with details that were not details of the aggregate.
