Functionality

Gets all valid partner locations for a location (from buffer tables)

For a given location, this function module returns the locations connected by transportation lanes inthe direction specified. If qtdir = 1, the locations connected by inbound transportation lanes are read;otherwise the locations connected by outbound lanes are read. The function module reads the current status of the global buffer tables.
