Functionality

Gets all valid sources of supply for external procurement (from buffer tables).

On the basis of the global buffer tables, the function module returns all product entries (TRPROD entries)with an external procurement relationship. This function module is used from quota maintenance for selecting quotas for external procurement relationships.
