Functionality

This function module converts the long texts for the tasks "Info for SAP" and "Send to SAP" to tables.These tables are sent to SAP as text information when the notification is sent. One of these texts is sent as the notification text:

• If a long text exists for the task "Send to SAP," this text is used as the notification text.

• If a long text does not exist for the task "Send to SAP," the system uses the first long text found in the task "Info for SAP" as the notification text. The remaining texts are defined as memos.
