Functionality

This RFC entry to the SRM Channel Logic Layer (CLL) should be used by:
- UWL
- DUET Workflow

The function module import parameters have to be filled according to the value range of their domains. It has also to be considered the "import validation" at the beginning of the function module.

Error Handling:

Warnings from SRM application will be ignored. Messages of type "E", "X" and "A" will be returned as export parameter message_lines and the return_code will be chande to be different from 0.

Business Functionality:

This function module is the entry to the SRM Workflow Framework to propagate approval decisions fromapprovers to the new SRM Workflow Framework. The sequence may be beginning by calling from the UWL runningthrough this Channel Logic Layer (CLL) , Approval Document View (ADV) of a business document (DO), SRM Workflow Framework.

This RFC function is only to be used SAP internally and not an offical API. Other access points to the SRM Workflow Framework are not supported at all.

Notes

It is important to fill iv_approver with the user who did the approval decision and not a technical user. If no iv_approver will be provided sy-uname will be inserted as approver.
