Functionality

Method of retrieving data from event handlers: this BAPI allows for queries against tracking ID, application object ID and EH Guid. Table REQUESTIDS can be used to specify the following fields for the query:

• EH_GUID

• APPSYS

• APPOBJTYPE

• APPOBJID

• TRXCOD

• TRXID

• TIPCOD

• TIPID

The parameter ACTIVEONLY allows to limit the selection to active event handlers.

This BAPI returns all data which is related to an event handler.

Example

E.g., queries as 'all containers with tracking ID YXZ' are possible.

Notes

In contrast to BAPI /SAPTRX/BAPI_EH_GET_DATA this BAPI returns different structures, which are used to display the data. F.e.: this BAPI also retrieves texts for event codes which are needed to display the object.
