/SAPTRX/CHECK_DATETIME - Check correctness of possible fields for date/time input

Functionality

For each event, we must have either date and time or timestamp + time zone. The function module checksif the information in input is formally correct and sufficient. If an element can be calculated outof the others (e.g. timestamp is calculated based on date-time-time zone , or date and time based ontimestamp and time zone), the function module carries out this calculation and returns the calculated values. If the information in input has a wrong format or is insufficient, the function module logs an error message.
