Functionality

This function module is used in the production malfunction visibility process or the tracking ID extractor.

This function module is only available when you use the notification header (NOTIFICATION_HEADER_NEW) as a main object table in the relevant application object type.

It selects data from the notification. Most of the data that could be relevant to supply chain event management is selected to allow universal use of the function.

Example

The following tracking IDs are created in this function module and are used to report events for the notification event handler:

• Notification number

• Work center

Notes

At least all the following fields should be filled in export parameter E_TRACKIDDATA:

• APPSYS (logical system ID of an application system)

• APPOBJTYPE (application object type)

• TRXCOD (tracking ID code set)

• TRXID (tracking ID)

• MSRID (master ID flag)
