| You can use this parameter to define which authorization is checked  |
| if a user wants to debug a program that is running under another     |
| user.                                                                |
| The default value debug_change means that to debug other users'      |
| programs, a user requires change authorization for the               |
| debugger.                                                            |
| The value debug_catch means that a user who wants to debug another   |
| user's program must explicitly have the authorization to transfer    |
| the other user's process for the purpose of debugging. The           |
| user then no longer requires change authorization for the            |
| debugger.                                                            |
