| Completely deactivates the type garbage collection within the ABAP   |
| Objects Garbage Collector. The kernel representation (XTYPE) for     |
| types created dynamically using Run Time Type Creation is then no    |
| longer released.                                                     |
| You should only use this if a severe error has occurred in the       |
| type garbage collection and it is to be deactivated at the cost of   |
| the memory usage while waiting for a patch.                          |
