The partial selection of a BLOB value is not supported.
Therefore, when you select a BLOB value in a memory area that is
too small, the transaction is terminated with the error
'Truncation'.
This procedure allows you to determine the density of the BLOB
value exclusively with the size of the output area.
You can pack it more densely, and then carry out a smaller number
of FETCHes.
You should only deactivate this parameter if there are critical
errors (Informix error -451).
