| Information must be exchanged when creating a connection to a        |
| gateway, an external program, or a SAProuter. The connection cannot  |
| be used until this data is exchanged. In this case, the connection   |
| flagged as CONN_PENDING.                                             |
| If the data is not exchanged within this period of time, the         |
| connection is closed.                                                |
|                                                                      |
| Value of 0 deactivates check                                         |
|                                                                      |
| This check is executed a maximum of every %%gw/max_sleep%% seconds.   |
| Therefore, it does not make sense to set the value smaller than      |
| gw/max_sleep.                                                        |
