| Setting this parameter to 1 activates IPv6 in the system.            |
| This means, on the one hand, that the dispatcher, gateway, ICM, and  |
| so on are therefore listening at all local IPv4 and IPv6 addresses   |
| unless explicitly restricted. It also means that when creating a     |
| connection to a host name, the host's associated IPv6 addresses are  |
| also taken into account. If both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are         |
| maintained for a particular host, the IPv6 address is used.          |
| If an IPv4 connection to the desired host is to be created in this   |
| case, you need to make the differentiation using different host      |
| names.                                                               |
