| Port number at which an external client can logon to administer |

| By default, administration by external programs is deactivated |
| ( %%ms/monitor%% ). To allow this for individual programs, you can |
| open a specific port for administration. Clients that log on to the |
| message server using this port can perform all administration tasks. |

| If the value is set to 0, then if a port was previously opened, this |
| port is closed again, and no more external clients can log on for |
| administration. |
