| Sets the maximum number of attempts to connect to the domain server. |
| If this number is exceeded, no further attempts                      |
| to connect to the domain server are made.                            |
| A value of 0 means that there is no maximum number of attempts.      |
| This means the system will continously attempt to connect to the     |
| domain server.                                                       |
| The time interval between two connection attempts is determined by   |
| the profile parameter %%ms/domain_max_delay%%.                       |
