| This parmeter specifies the application server from which the        |
| message server is to fetch the ICF information for load balancing    |
| and for the ABAP/Java decision.                                      |
|                                                                      |
| Since the message server fetches the information by HTTP or HTTPS,   |
| the selected application server must also provide this service.      |
| Otherwise, Web queries cannot be assigned to a suitable application  |
| server.                                                              |
