| Short Description : Time until TH_DUMP_SERVER_STATUS can run in the  |
| dispatcher.                                                          |

------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Parameter Description :  The parameter has two meanings.             |
| -----------------------                                              |
| You can use this parameter to change the functionality of the        |
| function module TH_DUMP_SERVER_STATUS. You can find the description  |
| of the function module using the SAP Note search. The value 0 means  |
| that it is not possible to write in the file dev_disp, that is, the  |
| operation code 'DP' has no effect. Values larger than 0 represent    |
| the shortest period of time after which the operation code 'DP' can  |
| be executed again.                                                   |
| A server status dump is also written, if certain requests CANNOT be  |
| dispatched in a DIA process within 30 seconds. In this case, the     |
| time span defined by this parameter also applies as the maximum      |
| repetition rate, to ensure that dev_disp is not flooded with         |
| redundant information.                                               |
