| This parameter defines the maximum number of appc blocks that can be |
| occupied by requests that are in the dispatcher queue.               |
| If this number is exceeded, the dispatcher temporarily stores the    |
| data in local memory and releases blocks. This avoids a blockade of  |
| the server.                                                          |
