| The dispatcher normally processes the dispatcher queues if possible  |
| communication partners with the dispatcher send it a request         |
| (SAP GUIs, message server, gateway, work processes).                 |
|                                                                      |
| If the dispatcher does not receive a request, the dispatcher queues  |
| are processed after the time defined in the parameter                |
| rdisp/max_sleep.                                                     |
