| The dispatcher checks the message server connections periodically,   |
| if not data is transferred. To do this, it sends a message to the    |
| GUI and waits rdisp/ms_keepalive_timeout seconds for a response.     |
| If it does not receive a response within this period of time, it     |
| assumes that there is a network error and closes the connection.     |
|                                                                      |
| The frequency of this connection check is specified by the parameter |
| %%rdisp/ms_keepalive%%.                                              |
