| You can use this parameter to control the update dispatching.        |
| You should interpret the parameter as a bit mask:                    |
|                                                                      |
| - Bit 0 : At dispatching, the database group should be retained      |
| - Bit 1 : At dispatching, one update server that has the current     |
|           language installed should be chosen.                       |
| The default value of 3 means, for example, that update dispatching   |
| always selects an update server that is in the same database group   |
| and which has the current language installed.                        |
