Parameter description :
-----------------------
If an update termination occurs during the AFTER_COMMIT phase, the
update locks are not normally released (which is otherwise always
done). This is because the AFTER_COMMIT update relies on the locks.
To allow continued production operation if problems occur
(which could be hindered by the retained locks), you can use this
parameter to specify that the locks are released in the case of an
update termination.

Caution: Change this parameter only in close consultation with SAP
