| Maximum number of work processes that can be in PRIV mode at the     |
| same time. If this number is exceeded, a displacemnet takes place    |
| (see %%rdisp/max_priv_time%%).                                       |
| A work process goes into PRIV mode if it must allocate heap memory.  |
| This work process is then not available for other users (see also    |
| %%ztta/roll_extension%% ).                                           |
