| For a DB reconnect in an environment with parallel databases, the |
| system checks whether the previous database instance is still |
| available. In addition to the ping text, the system runs a |
| TCP connect test on the service specified by this parameter. |

| The default value of rsdb/reco_tcp_service is "login". |
| If the parameter is not set (rsdb/reco_tcp_service = ), |
| no TCP connect test is run on the previous database server after a |
| DB reconnect. |
