| If an attempt to connect to a remote printer (access method U)       |
| fails, in order to transmit an output request, the system tries      |
| to reconnect to that printer. The number of retries is limited       |
| by %%rspo/tcp/retries%%.                                             |
|                                                                      |
| To enable a waiting time and to relieve the spool work process       |
| from additional connection attempts for this or another              |
| output request, the printer concerned is inactivated for the number  |
| of seconds specified in this parameter.                              |
