| When the application server is started, all valid digitally-signed |
| license keys are imported from the DB and stored in a buffer. This |
| profile parameter defines the buffer size. |

| If more license keys are found when starting, the value is |
| automatically increased. The parameter is therefore particularly |
| useful if additional license keys are installed after the server is |
| started. The buffer size cannot subsequently be changed after the |
| server has been started. |
