  Short description: Screen input field data upper case translation    |

  Parameter description: '1' means that incoming
                             screen fields are not converted
  to upper case letters, even if this is specified in the
  screen definition or domain. It is assumed that the SAPgui
  does not provide any lower case letters for such
  fields.
  However, the SAPgui does not have any influence on screens that are
  processed in the background.
