| This parameter defines the maximum time for which the system waits |
| for a free Java VM. The number of configured VMs should usually be |
| sufficient. However, on servers with a large number of work |
| processes, it can be the case that it is not possible to configure |
| enough VMs due to memory problems (address room, swap). |
