Functionality

This Activity updates the data available in the context table to the Business Warehouse for generating the following reports.

1. Read Rate Report

2. Write Rate Report

3. Inventory Report

For the Inventory Update, the Activity uses a parameter INVENTORY_MOVE. This parameter can have the following values to indicate the direction of Inventiry movement.

a. CREATE_STOCK

b. DELETE STOCK

c. CREATE_STOCK_UNDO

d. DELETE_STOCK_UNDO

Relationships

This Activity should be included in all the rules, which affect the EPCs( Write, Pack, Load, Move).If the DEVICE_CREATE_STOCK or DEVICE_REMOVE_STOCK activities are present in the rule, then BW Update Activity should be put before these Activities, else the BW Update Activity should be the last Activity in the rule.
