Functionality
This activity writes IDs and other field values on a tag or a label.
The activity determines the profile and label format for printing an ID and then determines the valuesof the fields in the profile and writes warning messages to the application log for any of the fieldvalues that it could not determine. The activity sends the fields and their values a to the outboundmessage processing module that creates the XML message and sends it to the printer. If it cannot determine a profile, it sends the only the ID values in hexadecimal format.
This activity has one parameter:
- UPDATE_TAG - when this parameter is present, the activity sends a message to update user data on an existing tag. Otherwise it sends the message to commission a new tag.

This activity must be preceded by another activity that sets the following values in the activity context:
- ,,ID
- ,,act_obj_status - set to 'EW'
- exec_time
- ,,dev_guid - device guid of the printer
- ,,action_type
- ,,doc_guid
- ,,devgrp_guid - device group guid of the printer
- ,,act_status
Currently only two activities set those values:
- ,,/AIN/CL_DEV_CREATE_EPC_WRITE
- ,,/AIN/CL_DEV_CREATE_TOP_EPC_WRT
