Functionality

This activity groups the EPCs in an event message under a dummy EPC (to represent the pallet) and populatesthe activity context. It groups the EPCs of multiple event messages within the same device group underthe same dummy EPC as long as there exists an action with status Open for this device group. The status of the action can be changed with activity DEVICE_ACTION_CONTROL_SIGNAL (shop pallet event).

Parameters:

• CHECK_IN_STOCK if it is set, the activity will check wether EPC is in the stock.

• GROUP_BY_MESSAGE Group all objects of a message under a new dummy container. This can be useful if the pallet ID is not known at the time of packing.

• LOCK_RETRY_WAIT Seconds between locking retrials
