If the force element is undergoing cross-plant reorganization, the system triggers a workflow to assignthe new storage locations. Since this workflow must be completed before the command and control relationshipbelonging to the reorganization becomes active (see corresponding check), this follow-up action can be used only for a status change before the status change "Activate".
