After the status of a force element changes, the system informs the responsible agent and asks the agentto set up the decentralized systems that are required for the relevant organizational structure (determined using infotype 1984).

If one of these parameters cannot be determined, a workflow item is not sent. The force element is activated nevertheless and a log is displayed containing the missing data.
