IDEX-GE: Entry dialog control for switch documents

Functionality

The implementation class uses the function modules from function group /ISIDEX/EIDE_SWD_MSGDAT_EX tocontrol the entry dialog for switch documents. All methods were transferred from the default implementation class. The adjustments to the dialog control are made in the following methods:

MSGDATA_SUBSCREEN_INIT

MSGDATA_SUBSCREEN_PBO

MSGDATA_SUBSCREEN_PAI

MSGDATA_SUBSCREEN_INPUT
