Functionality

This Class is used for Settlement Purposes. The method ENHANCE_INTERFACE_RECORDS is used as follows:

1. Based on the severity of the complaint, the Weighting Factor is calculated for the complaint day.
2. The calculated values for the complaint numbers and Weighting Factor are passed back to the BADi changing parameter.
