Functionality

The NAE implementation for Deadline Management does the following:

1. Calculates the deadline for the various activities.

2. Issues a warning/error message if the Soft/Hard deadline is crossed respectively.

3. Disables production relevant fields for input if the Hard deadline has crossed.

4. Disables the Ad Spec Create/Assign buttons if the Hard deadline has crossed.
