In the Determine Monitoring Procedure, the standard determination includes: Order Type, Service Type,Sales Promotion, Delivery Type, Carrier Route (for new subscribers), Customer Procedure, Publication, Product Procedure, Billing Frequency, Billing Calendar, and Payment Method.
