This class is an interaction layer for the condition maintenance functionality in CRM . The class would currently be used only in the BSP UI environment.

The class also implements the interface required by the BSP framework for project CRM UI.

This class should not be called directly by the BSP UI framework, but there should be a wrapper aroundthis class that will be visible to the UI framework. This wrapper will be written by the calling environment and can be used by the calling environment to provide data need by this class.
